         After the DNA extraction, 1% of the nucleic acid was taken as the template for amplifying the ITS sequence, followed by 1% agarose gel electrophoresis. From the brightness of the electrophoresis, it can be seen that the extraction effect of the iPure Plant DNA Kit with the matched nucleic acid extraction instrument completely replaces the centrifugal column method, with a shorter total time, less labor, and simpler operation.

        Four fresh seed leaf samples (50 mg) were extracted using the iPure Plant DNA Kit and Q company Cat.NO.67163, and the purified DNA was measured using ThermoFisher Nanodrop 2000. The results from the nucleic acid extraction instrument tested by fluorescent quantitative PCR are shown in the figure: highly consistent and repeatable.
